Former Celtic striker Gary Hooper scored twice but he's unlikely to score an easier brace. His first on forty seven minutes was a tap in from a matter of inches after a goalmouth scramble. The goal came from a corner that was needlessly conceded by goalkeeper Marco Silvestri. Worse was to come three minutes later when Silvestri failed to hold a shot from twenty five yards that bounced in front of him and Hooper once more tapped in from six yards.
The victory for The Owels was just their second in the last eight meetings between the two sides and now sees them winless in their last five league games.
