Sending Off Changed The Game

Leeds started the game with two twenty year old debutantes in goalkeeper Will Huffer and Finnish U21 International Aapo Halme. Both acquitted themselves extremely well and can be well pleased with their performance. However it was only after Bristol went down to 10 men that Leeds despite having the lions share of possession looked threatening. The game was evenly balanced before Brownhill who was booked on 20 minutes for a foul on Ezgjan Aliosk, was then sent off for a foul on Roofe.
On sixty nine minutes Kemar Roofe scored his eight goal of the season and Pablo Hernandez made sure of the points on eighty six minnutes with a cushioned header.
