I don't know about a great draw Marty! Its a tough draw and at the Emirates too. I wouldn't mind a run in the cup, hopefully koscielny is center half and fabianski in goals, they could rest van persie too ! Is it back to Moroneys now too? MOT

DUBLIN/LEEDS BRADFORD APR 27 @ 18.00 FR156 LEEDS/DUBLIN BRADFORD APR 29 @ 15.35 FR153 Currently the flights are 91 inc tax which is good these days and a few of us have booked already. I think about 15 left at that price and then it goes to 120 approx so don't delay ! We'll sort a bus nearer the time and pay on the day for that. Should be approx 40 a head. Match tickets will be approx 45 and we'll order those mid-April so no money due til April (apart from your flight) MOT The Travel Dept. :)

Stevo - that was classic stuff from Joe !!! Re trip - we have a new plan if it gets the blessing of those going ! Fri Apr 27 Dublin - Leeds @ 18.00, arrive 18.40. Hotel for 19.30 Sun Apr 29 Leeds - Dublin @ 15.35, arr 16.20. Moroneys for 19.00 ! Approx 100 each + bus up and down. Personally I think that is a better option than the SNN-MAN in the middle of the night. The Sunday is a very long day in Leeds. What do ye think ? We have about 20/25 so far. Majority rules ! Nugs

Well lads', have to say, I was seriously peed off Saturday after witnessing that shower of sh--e, it was brutal, no spark, passion or fire, abysmal. Took it handy enough Sunday, killed a bit of time in town when I took a call from Nugs, with the devastating news about Speedo. I watched kids' like him and Batts coming through and giving their all for our beloved club. Saw him play a major role in the '90 promotion and the title year and beyond, and he was a major cog in the white machine of the time. I had to call at the club shop, and walked by Billy's statue, stopping a minute to reflect. I will admit, I shed a tear or two.. The shock was with me when I went to bed Sunday night, and was there when I woke. Work on Monday was tough, 8 o'clock start, felt rough. Roll on Tuesday, and thought's turn to the match at Forest. However, it's also five-side-night, so me n' the lad tog out for an hour. Finished up, and in the car on the way home, asked him to check phone for updates from Nug. I asked him by what score we were losing by, and the fecker told me it was 3 nil. Ten mins later, tells me it's 4. Let me get all the way home, dropped him off while I went for diesel, and got a text from Johnny. I read it in disbelief, he'd let me drive home givin' out about Si getting sacked if we lost the next two, moanin' about Ken's transfer policy n' shit, n' he kept it up. I've told his mother to feed him bread and milk for t' rest of t' week!! MOT RIP Gary Speed, that one's for you mate...

Just watched our league winning 91/92 season last night on ESPN classic, Gary Speed running around with the trophy, the Leeds fans smiling and cheering, great to see it. He was a gem of a player, a good old-school, play-through-injury, 100% clubman. Nothing like him today in the "modern" game....R.I.P......
