was over at it. 1st half we were outstanding. was really pessimistic heading over but they were brilliant. for some reason mcgugan didnt start. he came on at ht and made a huge difference. he is a class player. they had about 25 mins in second where they were well on top and probably should have equalised but in saying that they last 10 + 6 injuries forest didnt have a shot. poleon didnt do a whole lot other than the goal. warnock questioned his attitude and work rate when we dont have the ball last week and i can see why. he really needs to up it but is still very young so a good start sam byram is a serious talent. was brilliant at both rm and rb when pelts went of. becchio gets through trojan work. easy to see why a fans favourite. missed a ditter on the stroke of half time which would have killed it. tonge did well too my motm was el hadj diouf. he is a class act. just brilliant. his first touch is brilliant and he killed the game in the last ten. was excellent and they should sign him for this and next year now!! all in all a great effort but lack that bit of quality. get this takoever finalised and a few in and we will be up there. not with that squad though

jumping ahead there beter get the blues out of the way first, prob would have a better chance against liverpool tho rather than there city rivals. and the kill is i like the toffey sweets but cant be shouting for the toffeys when we are all in moroneys MOT

the way i look at it they are play so bad at the mo is only to make spurs thing we are a soft touch, that way we can hammer them, and we ll all be out to watch it. still anothe home defeat on a tue s, a good reason to never fly over for a evening game.

Leeds United Vs Chelsea; Firstly a big thanks to all of the lads that turned up for the game in the fairgreen and to everyone that collected sponsorship and donated towards supporting the Ennis Voices of Autism and the Ennis Youth Centre. ELUSC collected a total of 1,070euro and counting.... (a phenomenal total). Overall it was a good game, we were beaten by Chelsea youths 2-1, not a bad score for us considering that the average age of our team was 40's and theirs were late 20s. The highlight of the day had to have been "The Tackle", which saw man and ball being kicked out of the fairgreen by our man Alan Murphy, who then turned around with a look total innocence - it truly was a sight to behold. There's no doubt we belong to one of the best supporters clubs with great camaraderie and a brilliant group of lads thanks again to all. John MOT.

No Mick, on Saturday, there won't be better footballers than Tonge but there might be a few wearing a THONGE!!!

Mick Jones
