for those with an iron constitution and older kids :) :-
SNN-MAN @ 07.15 Friday and back @ 20.25 Sunday is about 110rtn Ryanair or Aer Lingus with better times is a good bit dearer
Personally, I'm looking at Ryanair ex Dublin to Leeds @ 08.00 Saturday morning for 20. Getting home is the issue ! The flight comes back at 06.30 Sunday so need another option. Looks like MAN - DUB @ 13.00 for 61.99 is my only option.
Anyone any other ideas ? We could get the boat and have a right laff !!!

Jaysus its an absolute joke with times. Its just madness. They only way times will work is travelling twice which isnt great but to be fair drive to Dub and fly to Newcastle or mancs the train is only an hour down,
Best I could come up with was 19th 21st Sept (bit soon) for hudds
Snn-liverpool 15.30 20
Man snn 17.05 50
Or Sheff wed game 3rd to 5th Oct
Same routes, costs about a ton, as above except the flight home is at 8.50 am the Sunday. Early start but all day to recover!! Also game is at 12.15
The rest are a solid disaster and unless people are willing to wait around will have to travel twice!!

Yep I agree with d boys gr8 time at d 'borough match and I missed all the pub stuff havin to head back to Stevenage. We certainly picked the right match results and atmosphere-wise to attend, place went mental when Billy Sharp scored.Brought down to earth with a bang after the Brighton match, 'till be a long hard slog for points I fear, crying out for a creative midfielder a good playmaker and a wide man in the Snodgrass mould. D Bradford match word out nicely for scheduling d Agm.

With pool and that other crowd at home flights will be much more expensive ,maybe we should consider an earlier game or even later..Bewleys was top class last weekend so that would be choice for Hotel also less expensive than Marriott or Queens.Anyway it all can be discussed at the AGM.Sorry won't be there but will keep updated through guest book....Last weekends trip was one of our most memorable it's been tagged as (Richie's Trip.)From start to finish it was super ,craic was mighty ,great result and we got to meet our new Italian contingent ,all sound lads especially the great Tommy White.Only downside was the shock of finding Duncan's Pub. All cleaned up and respectable ,but can't have everything!!! M.OT.

What a great weekend was had, everything worked out perfectly, had a good session the Friday night, then out to eland rd to see Leeds score a late winner to put smiles on all our faces, then we headed back to bewleys for a few lovely pints and had the fortune to meet 5members of the current Leeds squad Taylor, benedicic,Bellusci, bianchi and Silvestri.then we headed into town got some quality Duncan pub memorabilia found a beaut of a new pub the general Elliott and we rounded it off with a sing song in the ship!if carlsberg did weekends sorry if Richie lynch did weekends they probably would be the best in the world!!MOT

Lads, flights a nightmare for Derby on 29th Nov. Pool and ManUre at home that day. Options are limited, expensive, and require early starts and late finishes mainly ! I'm sure that suits some and horrifies others. I suggest we all decide how to get there ourselves and just meet at Bewleys or wherever we decide to stay. Personally, I think I'll go Dublin/Leeds @ 08.00 on the Saturday morning. No idea yet how to get home though ! Will keep looking and update here. Nugs

There is an argument for retiring the trips after last weekend. Sat 29th sounds good. But, although its getting close to christmas, Ross's return with Fulham is the 13th Dec. Worth a discussion at least!! That is also high time for Xmas parties so maybe not an option but tould be a good one to go to
Richie
Does the 29th of November for the home game against Derby sound like a plan to anyone. We can discuss further at the AGM but one things for sure it will be very difficult to surpass last weekend.
